Wallace Construction Services, LLC has been providing quality, residential contracting in Colorado Springs and Black Forest since 1992. Every project is special, bath remodel or million dollar custom home. We feel that thoughtful and creative design is the most critical step in any sized project.
A trusting and honest relationships between our clients and ourselves is imperative. We generally work on a cost + basis. We want our clients to be involved throughout and will even allow you to make changes without fear!
Dave Wallace earned a BS degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1986. During 23+ years since in the construction business he has worked on a wide variety of projects from Historical Restorations to Condos. He has designed over 50 houses that have been built in the Colorado Springs area for other builders, homeowners and well as for WCS.
Steve Ridgway has also been in the construction business for over 20 years. He has worked with WCS for several years. Prior to that he has acted as a contractor on numerous remodel projects, basement finishes and owned a Drywall Company. He is a Colorado native and attended CSU.
